As a Technical support expert you’ll make an impact on
- Maintaining and engineering customers’ support labs
- Interacting with project managers , QA and development teams.
- performing expert level debug and analysis based on logs / wireshark captures and tools
- advocating customer's needs to R&D for product improvement
- Implementing solutions and fixes on production systems on time and quality
- At least 3 years of relevant experience supporting complex technology applications
- Experience with troubleshooting multiple Operating Systems (Windows, Linux) including basic administration, configuration, active directory and Windows security experience.
- Databases PL-SQL
- Virtual Environment technologies (VMWare, Hyper-V)
- Familiarity with Storage and raid configuration, Netapp, EMC etc. – Advantage
- Experience with HDFS, Spark cluster and docker – Advantage
- Powershell, Bash , Python scripts development / DevOPS knowledge – Advantage
