Adam Philpott

Adam Philpott brings more than 25 years of experience building and scaling go-to-market organizations across the U.S., EMEA and APAC into the public and enterprise markets. Before joining Cognyte in 2026, Adam served as Chief Executive Officer of Fingerprint Cards, a publicly traded biometrics company. Prior to that, as Chief Revenue Officer at Trellix, formed by combining McAfee Enterprise and FireEye, he led a global commercial organization of more than 1,000 people and helped scale one of the industry’s largest enterprise cybersecurity businesses. Formerly, he held senior sales leadership roles at McAfee and Cisco globally.

At Cognyte, Adam leads global sales and revenue strategy, working closely with the executive team to drive growth across the company’s markets.
