David Abadi

David Abadi is a veteran CFO with over two decades of experience in finance and accounting for global public organizations, leading business transformations and integration of acquired companies.

David joined the Cognyte business in 2012 as Chief Financial Officer responsible for financial strategy, business planning, accounting, internal audit, and purchasing.

Previously, David served as Finance Controller for Polycom’s EMEA operation. David also spent over five years in various capacities at PricewaterhouseCoopers in its New York and Israel offices.
