Ilan Rotem has 30 years of legal experience as corporate and commercial counsel .

As Chief Legal Officer, Ilan leads Cognyte’s global legal, risk management, compliance, and regulatory affairs.

Ilan joined  Cognyte in 2022, prior to which he was general counsel of Nano-X Imaging, and Chief Legal Officer of Ness Technologies Group. Prior to that he was a partner in a leading boutique law firm.
