Dan Bodner
Chairman of the Board
Mr. Bodner has served as our non-executive chairman of the Board of Directors since February 2021, when we completed the spin-off from Verint Systems Inc. He also serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Verint Systems Inc. Since Verint’s founding in 1994, Mr. Bodner has served as its Chief Executive Officer and as Director, and assumed the role of Verint’s Chairman of the Board in August 2017.
